iPad Panic…

When I think of the iPad I get the warm fuzzies. I love my iPod Touch, and my Droid, and I can see all possibilities, but I don’t think that Apple can.  I think they are missing out on some obvious functionalities, and being the purveyors of both the hardware and software they can easily implement. What they need to do is create a VNC client that allows you to connect over your home network from your iMac to your iPad. Imagine watching a TV show on your computer, deciding you want a snack, so you just pick up your iPad and continue watching as you walk to the fridge and sit at the table. Then when the show is over you sync your iTunes, and as you leave the network it automatically switched over to the normal iPad interface.  Hey, it could happen.

Shirt stuff…

So I’ve had this idea to make T-Shirts for a long time, and almost got it going a few years ago, but got held up. I have the equipment to make one color shirts, and I even have a bunch of blank black tee’s, but I need someplace to sell them. I’m thinking that instead of making them myself, I might just start putting them up on zazzle.com, cafepress.com, or spreadshirt.com. Each site is free to post a shirt and you get a commission biased on what you sell. I have an account on all the sites, but am still not sure what I am going to do. I have one Holiday design that I will be trying to get out there in the next week or two. Here’s a preview:

The iPod Thing…

I started searching the net for ideas to make a few extra bucks and, instead of just  the usual scams and advertisements, I came across a genius idea, loading iPods. I know it sounds like something that anyone should be able to do for themselves, but it makes sence. You see, every CD you load onto your computer takes an average of 5-10 minuets to copy and convert to iPod, or MP3  player manageable files, and some people have dozens, if not hundreds of CD’s. It seems that in larger cities that this is big business, here in Nebraska it doesn’t seem to have caught on yet. So I placed an ad on www.craigslist.org and we will see how it goes. This might be something that won’t take off until after Christmas though.
